Step by step process to merge Google My Business locations and reviews

Have you tried to add a business already verified on Google Maps?

You may have been flagged by Google for having a duplicate listing because
(1) The listing exists
(2) Someone already verified the listing
(3) The same location exists (i.e, same address, different business)

One option is to get the current owner to add you as a manager or transfer ownership. If you’ve already done this and you have ownership of both locations, and Google notified you of the duplicate locations, we’ll need to remove it.
